By accessing and using WeRelease (“the Service”), including our web application and SDK, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

WeRelease is a changelog management platform that helps teams communicate product updates and collect user feedback. The Service includes:

• Web-based dashboard for managing changelogs and projects
• JavaScript SDK for integrating changelog widgets into your applications
• REST APIs for programmatic access to changelog data
• Analytics and feedback collection tools
• Email notification services

3. SDK Usage and Integration

Our SDK is provided for integration into your applications. By using the SDK, you agree to:

• Use the SDK only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SDK
• Not modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the SDK
• Include proper attribution to WeRelease in your implementations
• Comply with our branding guidelines when displaying changelog widgets

4. User Accounts and Projects

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or use the SDK to collect sensitive user data without proper consent.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your changelog content and user feedback data. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
